Dr. Fregoli & Mr. Capgras

You are the newest manifest personality to a body hosting two others.  Put Dr. Fregoli in control, and he will cause strangers to become convinced that they are in fact close childhood friends. Put Mr. Capgras in charge and he will manifest the opposite; causing those familiar with you to become estranged into anonymity. You must piece together context clues around the scene to figure out how to make it to your objective: the mental institution at the center of the city.
